This 24-hour, non-accredited training programme is designed to equip entry-level hospitality staff with the essential skills required to deliver consistent, high-quality food and beverage service.
Participants are introduced to core hospitality standards, including hygiene, professional conduct, customer care, and service procedures within restaurant and café environments. The programme also incorporates foundational barista skills, enabling learners to prepare and serve coffee and hot beverages with confidence.
Through demonstrations, guided practice, and real-life service scenarios, learners develop practical competence in table setup, service flow, communication, and teamwork within service operations.
